**Your new role**

As an Operations Officer you will work collaboratively with the Executive Office team, along with internal and external stakeholders to support specific business requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Manage the inbox an action enquiries such as operations and administrative enquiries from staff members, recruitment agencies and other stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities and contract variations
- Manage business support functions and operating procedures such as onboarding and offboarding employees
- Work on operations/HR projects and tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role within operations, recruitment and/or HR functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Education in Business/ HR or related fields is desirable

**What you'll get in return**
