Customer Service Team Leader

As a Team Leader for our growing remote Client & Contact Services team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a group of 5+ direct reports while contributing to the overall expansion and development of our organization. This full-time remote position is based in Brisbane. The role necessitates not only proficient team management but also the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
**Essential Criteria**:
- **Private Home Office**: You must have a dedicated and private home office that ensures confidential business operations.
- **Background in Community Services, Social Justice, or Law**: Your professional background should align with community services, social justice, or law to better understand the context and demands of our work.
- **Minimum 2 Years of Team Management**: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team focused on Client & Contact Services is required to ensure effective leadership.
- **Communication with Vulnerable Individuals**: Your demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with vulnerable individuals showcases your ability to handle delicate conversations.
- **Confidentiality**: Your history of consistently maintaining confidentiality is critical for this role.
- **Google Suite and CRM Proficiency**: A solid understanding of the Google Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary to streamline operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Your keen eye for detail contributes to the accuracy and precision required for our operations.
