About the Role:

The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for managing the customer service department on a daily basis, ensuring all tasks are performed within the required time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer service point of contact for customers, resolution of day-to-day administration duties within the customer service team.
  • Efficiently plan and schedule freight coordination. Liaise with operational teams (Cairns and remote depots) to ensure cargo care processes and pickups are maintained.
  • Managing the enquiries received from the website including the daily updating of the company website, sending customer notifications out.
  • Coordinating reports throughout the transport chain.
  • Provide high level of customer service for all other customer service enquiries by providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager with reports.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience with customer service interaction.
  • Strong administration skills and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills.
  • The maintenance of a current open driver's license is desirable.
