**About our position**
**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting.
- Updating and maintaining data integrity in our CRM system.
- Achieving call and meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining and actioning lead tasks in a timely manner as set in CRM.
- Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills. Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.**What we want you to have**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or iMIS).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving appointment/lead quotas, preferred.**What we offer**
