Our client, a leader in the supply chain sector, seek a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their thriving Melbourne team.If you're passionate about the world of technology and eager to make a significant impact, this role offers the training and support to help shape your career

What You'll Do:

- Follow up on marketing campaign responses.
- Generate interest in company solutions.
- Master the art of cold prospecting.
- Develop business acumen and understand client needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to devise recruitment strategies.
- Contribute your insights to the team's learning and your personal growth.
- Research trends, identify new prospects, and build lasting connections.

Qualifications You'll Bring:

- 1+ years of corporate tele-sales or inside/field sales experience (software sales will be advantageous)
- A Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
- Experience with CRM tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, MS CRM) & familiarity with key apps (Microsoft Office, Teams, LinkedIn) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication & time management skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.

**Salary**:
Up to $70k base + Super + $110k OTE
Hybrid working conditions - 2-3 Days WFH
