**The Business**

The business is a long standing Industry Super Fund who have little competition in their area. They have been highly rated by both Rainmaker & SuperRatings and have strong relationships across some of the biggest names in Australian business. There is an opportunity to join the NSW based Distribution team with their effort in engaging and educating potential members and employers across the NSW & ACT region.

**The Role**

The core focus of the role is to engage with as many potential members and employers as possible. You will do this through leveraging the relationships of Senior Managers with key employers in your market and follow through with quality conversations. In any day you can expect to:

- Meet with and talk to a variety of people across various career levels in your industry verticle
- Provide up to date information and education regarding super legislation, performance and any changes
- Try to promote the fund to as many potential members and existing members as possible

**The Person**

The key to success in this role will be a desire to help others with their Superannuation needs. You will be naturally inquisative and ask leading questions whilst building rapport with your target clients. Knowledge of Superannuation is not necessary but will help you learn the ropes much faster. Any experience in relationship or customer focussed roles will help you to stand out.
