**The company**

You are looking at a highly ranked leader in the Energy Efficiency Products segment who are specialists in providing award winning products that are in high demand for Upgrades, New Construction, IPART & Builders markets. This business are known as a market leading supplier in to the market for Hot Water Services & Heat Pump - as well as air conditioning and a slew of other Domestic & Commercial energy products.

This brand are multidimensional in that they deliver their product direct to market and are also an accredited certificate provider in the energy market for carbon credit creation of ESCs, STC's, VEECs and more within Australia. They are in touch with most of our metro and regional markets and have their staff in new modern offices around the country.

This business are consistently ranked in the top overall few in their volume of product to the market and have been creating new divisions within the company due to their growth and expansion.

This business have an incredible leadership team that have evidently built a sound culture with talented technical staff developing the brand, strong operational members who drive a large corporation, and leadership that is felt from the top down by keeping family values close though they have grown in to a large, leading organisation.

**The position**

This is a unique role that has been newly created as this brand drive growth in to other parts of the market focussed on Plumbers, Builders & Construction. This role as the National BDM will see you on a clear career path of growth within the organisation to management in the short term as you help devise out growth in this segment for them.

The focus right now is to drive new relationships in the plumbers and construction market, enhancing relationship, opening new channels and establishing this brand and product in to new territories and then managing those relationships.
- Develop relationships with Plumbers, Builders & Construction markets
- Create new partnership agreements for supply of Heat Pump products
- Promote the brand and the products to new channel partners
- Increase market share of the product sales to the hot water services industry
- Manage new relationships and be the trusted advisor for customers
- Work alongside the directors in devising best strategy for client engagement
- Use market knowledge, insights and intel to capitalise on market share
- Semi-autonomous work life balance, from office, from home & on the road
- Bring on staff and associates under you to support your division which has been replicated in other divisions currently and read to do the same in this

**The experience necessary**:
To be considered for this role you will need to be coming from the Hot Water Services market and have knowledge of the Heat Pump space and ideally have experience dealing with the Plumbers and Plumbing market where you have managed relationships and sales with trades and construction clients.

It is essential you have experience managing relationships with the customers in this target market as this role is going to be establishing new channels of product supply to these areas in plumbers, builders and construction.

The main requirements are:

- Experience from the Hot Water Services Heat Pump market
- Relationship management with plumbers and plumbing markets
- Experienced in new business development to target markets
- Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and sales revenue
- Experienced in winning new clients and new sales
- Knowledge of the industry to Hot Water and Heat Pumps
- Ability to draw on market insights and market knowledge
- Has clear drive and motivation and a passion for customer success
