We are looking for you
Gough recruitment are extremely excited to be working with this client. Operating out of stunning offices on the Northern Beaches, this agency are on the hunt for an experienced & hungry BDM
The Role:
- Prospecting & generating new business
- Conducting rental appraisals
- Dealing with enquiries
- Follow up calls to the owners properties for lease including uploading listings to the internet
- Continually working out effective ways to implement and grow the company
- Identifying issues/complications and have a resolution
Skills & Experience:
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Must have experience in Residential Real Estate - ideally BDM however open to looking at Strong Property Managers that are seeking a new challenge or Sales Agents wanting their weekends back
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a high achiever and strive for success
- Have a reliable car & drivers licence
- Must be energetic, driven & strive for success
- Must be driven by KPI's
