As SME State Sales Leader you will lead some of FCTG's corporate brands, Corporate Traveller & Flight Centre Business Travel BDMs in the state. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate travel business, ensuring Flight Centre Travel Group products and services are sold as a compelling financial and operational offering. Your primary goals will be to drive TTV growth, commission transfer and profitability for your state. This fantastic role will report directly into the SME Head of Sales & sideways to State General Manager for Corporate Traveller and Flight Centre Business Travel. As one of our role model BDMs you will acquire new corporate travel business in accordance with set targets. Deliver on your team wins and New Business Income (NBI) targets by EOFY. Implement strategies and processes to develop corporate relationships with key decision makers in organisations, creating new sales opportunities via means of corporate networking, client profiling, cold calling. Present Corporate Traveller (CT) and Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) products and services in a compelling financial and operational offering to ensure maximisation of client travel spend and CT and FCBT profitability.

Your responsibilities as a NSW State Sales Leader will include: Project Management & Business Planning Work closely with SDR team, marketing, account management, state GM Work in conjunction with the National Inside Sales Leader to drive SDR performance Manage and drive the state business growth strategy for Corporate Traveller and FCBT Manage own pipeline, activities, BDM results, lead from front in TTV results, wins and conversion Lead and develop the BDM teams in your state including hiring, training, motivating and providing ongoing professional development opportunities for these team members Align new business to the correct brand including allocation of SDR meetings to BDM Team, organic growth opportunities and RFP allocation Work with Head of Sales and SSL Team on the competitive market strategy for Corporate Traveller and FCBT Run all business planning and strategy meetings for the state sales team including Planning Days and Quarterly Attainment Plans with all BDMs To be successful in this role you will need: Passion for developing others Strong business and commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication Proven track record of achieving new business acquisition targets Extensive knowledge of our industry, our business and the requirements of the BDM role Leadership experience - proven ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve results Extensive networking experience to develop external industry relationships Education and qualification: Minimum 2 years Leadership Degree Qualified Recommended Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Consistent high performance for both self and team Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, product and FCTG corporate businesses Salary: $90,000 base + super + incentive Applications are now OPEN #LI-ME1#CTAU#LI-Onsite
