The Role:
- Proactively seeking and securing new business opportunities
- Performing rental evaluations
- Handling customer inquiries
- Making follow-up calls to property owners with listings for lease, including online listing management
- Constantly brainstorming and implementing effective strategies to enhance company growth
- Identifying and resolving any issues or complications
- Hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Prior experience in Residential Real Estate is essential - preferably in BDM, but also open to considering accomplished Property Managers looking for a new challenge or Sales Agents aiming to regain their weekends
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a strong drive for achievement and success
- Have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Display energy, motivation, and a determination to succeed
- Goal-oriented and thrive in a KPI-driven environment
