Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational New Markets Permits team on this **12 month secondment role.**
Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process
- Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations
- Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, Surveys and PSI information
- Manage the acceptance of engineering documentation from external providers
- Follow up and Receipt of Pre-build’s
- Manage the Permits Inbox daily.

- Experience in pre-site administration within residential ideally within permits but not necessary however advantageous or
- An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations
- Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and
- Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
