Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Greenfields team on this **6 months maternity leave role.**

Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process
- Assist with land compliance assessments
- Evaluate land contracts & regulatory information
- Liaising with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departments
- Manage Soils, Surveys and PSI information; and
- Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

- Experience in pre-site administration, permits or drafting within residential
- Completed studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantage
- An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations
- Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and
- Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
