About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Permit Administrator to join a renowned builder delivering a consistent range of works across VIC.

As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and take ownership of the pre-site process across various builds. You will be responsible for managing the pre/site process from contract acceptance through to construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in obtaining building permits and other permits/documents, as well as professional stakeholder management skills and experience. You should also enjoy a fast-paced environment and be a presentable and effective communicator.

A great salary is on offer, estimated at AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive support and growth from senior leaders and management, making this a great opportunity to grow your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre/site process from contract accept through to construction
  • Manage building permit process with external consultants and all other required permits/documentation
  • Manage and frequently liaise with external stakeholders
