**Role Description**
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for P&C queries, data integrity and administrative documentation across the business. This is a crucial role that would suit someone who is passionate about supporting business growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate records in the HRIS (Employment Hero), employee files and other document management systems.
- Generating employment contracts and letters, as well as auditing, maintaining and administering employee entitlements (such as leave, allowances, and incentives) - ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and received on time.
- Providing general advice to staff on policies, procedures, processes and company updates.
- Contributing to the rollout of current and future projects including a new employee engagement software (Culture Amp).
- Preparing reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders, such as WGEA reporting, Leave allowances, Performance Review follow ups and Monthly P&C Management reporting.
- Supporting monthly payroll, ensuring all employee changes are correctly captured.
- Looking for ways to continuously improve processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator, and a hunger for continuous learning and development.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about accurate data administration, as well as working closely with senior stakeholders and staff across the business.
You'll also need:
- A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight timeframes.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships across various levels of the business.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach, open to new ways of working and feedback. The ability to think outside the box when faced with a new challenge and show initiative, will hold you in great stead.
- Qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
**What’s In It For You**
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn from a high-preforming People & Culture team. You'll have phenomenal support and be seen as an integral part of the business.
You’ll also receive:
- A hybrid working environment, with high levels of autonomy and flexibility. Work in a way that best suits you
- Ongoing career development and continuous progression opportunities. Upon joining RPI, you’ll receive your own tailored Professional Development Plan, as well as a senior mentor to help you reach your next career goals.
- A strong, supportive management team that cares about YOU. We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re proud to prioritise the development of our staff.
- Access to events, activities and initiatives driven by our popular Health & Wellbeing + Diversity & Inclusion committees (think: trips to Luna Park, AFL matches, the Australian Open, team dinners/drinks, bowling, boat parties and much more)**_Disclaimer:_**_ We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes_._
