Role Description: As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect at Culture Amp, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's cybersecurity architecture. This includes developing and enforcing security policies, conducting security assessments and audits, and collaborating with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture for Culture Amp
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the company's cybersecurity posture remains effective
Requirements
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity architecture and design
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms, including AWS IAM, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
