About the Role:
Do you have a passion for organisation in day-to-day life? We are looking for a suitably experienced site Administration Assistant on a permanent basis at our Kwinana Refinery, This role is part-time working 20 hours a week Monday through to Wednesday.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this is one of the integral roles within the wider Administration team

Personal and administrative functions in this position are:
- Scheduling requirements by utilising office automation systems as well as interpersonal skills,- Use of systems to provide area personnel and customers with data in various formats. Eg word, excel spreadsheets and graphical computer systems to coordinate reports, presentation material or statistical data,- Sound business judgement and professionalism in drafting correspondence to internal and external contacts for Management's communication needs,- Contributing to area efficiencies by ensuring special and ongoing projects are accomplished through coordination of required resources.

What you can bring to the role:
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
- Highly proficient computer skills across the Microsoft Suites and other database type systems used by Alcoa such as Oracle,- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, to deliver key messages across levels of the business,- Strict adherence to confidentiality of information, and attention to detail, complimented by a drive to meet demands in a timely manner, and- A strong motivation to work efficiently unsupervised, and the ability to prioritise actions from a broad customer group.
