**About the role**

As an Operations Administrator at CSBP Fertilisers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations department. As a member of the Operations Support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, assisting in coordinating activities, contributing to reporting and maintaining efficient communication channels between various stakeholders. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our operations.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Prioritise your safety, and the safety of others in all practices.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSBP Fertilisers Operations, including data entry, report collation, minute recording, spreadsheet management, and document control.
- Contribute to EOM reporting, finance activities, and tasks such as accruals and cost transfers.
- Collaborate with the Operations Analyst to gather, cleanse, and maintain data, ensuring its accuracy and usefulness.
- Facilitate team events by arranging venues, transport, and catering, and manage Outlook calendars.
- Evaluate existing processes, offer recommendations, and implement enhancements to streamline operations.

**Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong competence with MS Office suite
- Preferrable experience with business systems such as JDE/SAP, Cintellate, DOCOVA
- Interest and aptitude for learning new systems and processes
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
