Veolia ANZ is seeking a Site Administrator to join one of Australia's first Waste to Energy facilities in the heart of the Kwinana 6167 Industrial Strip. As the Site Administrator you will manage all administration systems and equipment, implement and maintain filing systems, and general office and clerical duties.

You will also be responsible for manning the reception area, and looking after visitors that come to site.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance
- Liaising with visitors, community groups, relevant schools to facilitate site visits
- Oversee office equipment and general services, maintaining stationery and office supply stocks to required levels
- Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls
- Produce Purchase Orders, Raise invoices, Receipt goods

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience within a fast paced administrative position highly desirable
- Well presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- IT literacy required, preferably Google Suite
- Self motivated with an ability to manage a variety of tasks at once
