We are looking for a WHSEQ Administrator to support the WHSEQ team with site administration at a T1 customer, ensuring compliance with WHS Regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Under the guidance of the Senior WHSEQ Advisor, this position will assist the project team in implementing WHSEQ functions at the project level to promote a safe workplace. Additionally, the role will help drive and monitor compliance with the company’s Business Management Systems across the project.

**About the role**:
The key responsibilities include
- but are not limited to
- maintaining all WHSEQ- related documents for the project, supporting the project team in the subcontractor onboarding processes, assisting in incident management including preliminary reporting to the Customer and maintaining the PPE register, manage all PPE inventory and scheduling equipment for calibration.

Success in this role hinges on being an experienced and dedicated WHSEQ Administrator with a passion to ensure a safe site and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**:
***To be successful in the role you will need:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in WHSEQ Administration
- Certificate IV in WHS is very desirable
- be able to obtain a police check
- hold a current driver’s license
- hold a construction industry white card
