**Administration Facilities Officer Required**
**Located in Kew, Victoria**
Based in Kew, our client are a national company specialising in project management and facilities maintenance.
You will direct day-to-day operations pertaining to different projects and jobs, with the ability to develop and implement successful relationships with contractors and clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Speak to and liaise with contractors on a daily basis to organise and schedule both quotes and work orders
- Allocating jobs to contractors.
- Following up with contractors to ensure jobs completed in a timely manner.
- Printing all contractor invoices and matching with original work orders etc.
- Getting contractor invoices ready for payment each week.
- Putting together quotes on Microsoft word
- Other ad hoc duties.
**Must have**:
- Basic knowledge of the maintenance industry or body corporate industry would be an advantage
- Must be able to coordinate and speak to both clients and contractors in a clear and professional manner
- Must be very good English speaking.
- Highly organised and can manage priorities and multiple tasks at once
- Must be an Australian resident / citizen.
Their office is based in Kew and this position ideally would suit someone living nearby, salary will start at $50k per annum.
