**Salesforce Administrator**

Guide Dogs Victoria is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Business Intelligence Solutions Hub (BISH) Team, in a full-time capacity, based at our Kew office. This role reports to the Senior Product Owner and is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce CRM, which stores all relevant Client, Volunteer and Donor data. This role plays a crucial part in leveraging Salesforce to advance strategic objectives across various internal departments.

**In this role you will be responsible to**:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders within GDV to develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce data strategy encompassing supporter, client, and stakeholder data.
- Review the current processes and workflows within Salesforce to pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancing efficiency.
- Identify tasks and procedures that can be automated within Salesforce through the utilisation of tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Lightning Flow.
- Design and enhance automation processes and workflows to streamline business processes, through the utilisation of Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex trigger.
- Customise and configure Salesforce to meet the organisation’s needs, which can include the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows and automated processes.
- Advocate for data management, insights, and reporting to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of programs within various GDV departments.
- Document processes, workflows, and Salesforce configurations to establish a comprehensive guide of the system’s operations.
- Design tailored reports and dashboards within Salesforce to offer real-time visibility into crucial performance metrics and emerging trends.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring the smooth flow and synchronization of data.
- Resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce system.
- Improve Salesforce data proficiency and analytics capabilities across internal departments through coaching, training, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a Salesforce Administrator Certification being highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong enthusiasm for data and reporting, with the ability to distill and transform intricate data sets into valuable and actionable insights.
- Proficient in numerical analysis and highly analytical, possessing advanced skills in MS Excel for analysis, data visualization, and reporting. Self-reliant in database and system tools management (e.g., SQL).
- Proven track record in formulating and upholding a data strategy while effectively implementing it within an organizational context.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
