Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Support Specialist to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team in our vibrant Robina Studio-M office. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through the pre-build process, ensuring their expectations are managed effectively and they are informed about the status of their home.

About the Role
  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on the status of their home during the pre-construction process;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers;
  • Liaise with drafting, estimating, studio, and external suppliers to coordinate client variations when required;
  • Ensure customer quality control through professional communications, accurate data entry, and report compilation;
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients;
  • Assist with all Customer Support-related tasks and maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details.
About You
  • You have extensive experience within a Customer Service & Administrative capacity;
  • You can deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • You possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders;
  • You have intermediate skill levels using Microsoft Office and experience working in a time-critical environment;
  • You are able to read plans and have knowledge of contracts (an advantage);
  • You have experience in the building industry or having built your own home (an advantage) or supplier work;
  • You have a great attitude and are willing to learn and develop new skills.
