Event Marketing Manager

**6 month contract with view to extend**

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that drive new customer acquisition and increased engagement with current customers across in-person events and virtual events.

**What your day to day looks like**:

- Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and objectives
- Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Deliver virtual and in person training events; including managing trainers and moderating events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of events and make data-driven decisions for future events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event strategies and execution

**Skills and expereince required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with external agencies and across different timezones
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution
- Experience with virtual events utilizing the on24 platform, including managing audience interaction and Q&A, or similar
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
