**The Company**:
This exceptional national association is looking for an Events and Partnership Manager to join their NSW team. This association aims to speak with a united voice on their industry's issues and create real change for the industry they represent. This association runs a lot of events annually, and this role will be responsible for managing the NSW event program.

**The Role**:
The Events and Partnership Manager will be responsible for coordinating and promoting the Association's event programs in NSW. This role will also be responsible for securing event partnership revenue and for managing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Develops budgets and takes responsibility for meeting events and partnership targets
- Focuses on the delivery of quality events for members
- Manage, promote, and ensure the profitability of the Association's Event Program in NSW and in line with budgetary targets
- Support and provide guidance to the Event Coordinator
- Manage the relationship with existing partners to ensure their continued partnering of Events
- Secure new partnership revenue to ensure a continued profitable events program and partnership revenue pipeline
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth and facilitate these initiatives
- Develop a communications strategy with national marketing and communications team to ensure effective promotion of every event
- Manage, promote, and deliver the annual NSW Awards Night, including the coordination of entries, judging and event management
- Development of annual partnership and events budgets
- Provide ongoing financial management including maintaining accurate and reliable accounts receivable and payable details to enable monthly reporting
- Excellent project management experience
- Hands-on and results orientated events professional
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to identify and realise commercial opportunities
- Financial management and sales skills
- Ability to deal with partners at a senior level and ensure delivery of partnership commitments
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to deliver results
