Working alongside our Marketing Partner, we're hiring for a Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to join our in-house team.

We're looking for a passionate go-getter who’s ready to take on a role where they can fully unleash their creativity and make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by creating and executing innovative marketing initiatives and events that elevate our Versent brand in the marketplace. You'll be involved in planning and delivering marketing projects and campaigns across all relevant areas of our business.

This full-time position, that can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events and conferences that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and
successful event execution.- Develop captivating and engaging content across multiple social platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, customised to fit each platform's audience and style.- Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts, in alignment with marketing strategies, events and campaigns- Proactively gather and evaluate feedback and reviews, leveraging insights to refine content and enhance the overall social media strategy.- Consistently share performance reports and insights with the team, supporting data-driven decisions and fostering ongoing improvement.- Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content, balancing creativity with professionalism- Support and promote our internal employer brand, aligning with our
Employee Value Proposition (EVP).- Supervise all event day operations, from setup and teardown to venue presentation and theming, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish- Manage marketing automation tools such as Hubspot & Salesforce to
streamline lead generation processes and database management.- Monitor and report on the return on investment for events and campaigns, focusing on marketing qualified leads (MQLs).

Skills and Experience- Proven experience in marketing and event management, preferably in a similar industry B2B Technology Services.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building
relationships with partners and stakeholders.- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering
