**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Lotus People are proud to partner with a globally renowned automotive company, a leading name in the industry. We are in search of a Facilities Coordinator for a 3-month temporary role, with the potential for extension. This role offers the chance to work under a highly regarded Facilities Manager who boasts 26 years of company experience. The position is multi-site, requiring work across the company's Chullora office (4 days a week) and their Zetland head office (1 day a week), with free parking available at both sites.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this three-month temporary position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation by coordinating and overseeing various facility services, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), first aid, and office management. Enjoy a highly varied role where no two days are the same
**DUTIES**
- Coordinate and manage facilities and office operations at the Chullora site, including administrative and reception duties, answering incoming calls, managing deliveries, and greeting visitors.
- Assist the Facilities Manager (FM) with first aid and WHS support to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee warehouse and training office spaces to ensure they are well-maintained and organized.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and services, such as cleaners and tradespeople.
- Manage the access card system, including the preparation and issuing of access cards.
- Control contractors' and visitors' passes.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of key facilities management principles is required.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in WHS and Facilities management.
- First Aid certification would be an advantage.
- Effective management of vendors and contracts.
- Strong internal and external communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Easily adaptable to changing environments and requirements.
