**About the Role**

Our Terminal Operator handles the control and safe and efficient running of the terminal and is directly involved in our boilers and wastewater area of the terminal.

Working across the Kwinana site and tank farm, day to day you can expect to ensure HSSE, and terminal operating rules and regulations are being followed, monitor and maintain site integrity through the identification of hazards/risks and implement controls, and be accountable for pipeline and tankship product receipting.

Our Terminal Operator is also responsible for administration, reporting, and scheduling, including maintaining policies & procedures and updating work instructions.
- Note: This is a day role only, working 8-hour days supporting our daytime operations teams. This role is not based on a continuous roster._

**About You**

Being a go-getter with a strong team-playing attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn new things, great time management skills and solid organisational skills. An eye for continuous improvement is a big plus, as well having a good understanding of MS Office software.

You will hold valid full time work rights for Australia as ATOM is not a registered visa sponsor.

It’s desirable if you’ve worked in high-risk environments, or ideally bulk fuel or terminal operations roles, but if you haven't, you'll have access to a variety of learning experiences working alongside a strong knowledgeable crew. This is supported by a Leadership Team that lives by its values and continuously strives to cultivate an inclusive, professional and socially responsible team environment.

Flexible availability is important given the operational needs of our terminals span 24/7.
