**About the role**:
Working within L&D team and wider P&C business unit, the Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technical based training programs that support employee growth and career development. This role is dedicated to maximizing CDC's investment in areas like employee engagement, promotions, apprenticeships and cross-functional transitions, playing a key role in driving the CDC Academy's mission to elevate employee expertise and career development.
Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee the development, administration, and enhancement of the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources, and delivery methods.
- Align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical based L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.
- Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.
- Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy, bringing ownership for the training course and modules internal.
- Track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.
**About you**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to collaborate with the wider business and external stakeholders to achieve learning strategy outcomes.
- Experience within/ knowledge of data centres would be highly desirable but not essential.
**Essential**:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
