**Your new company**
Operating for over two decades, this global household brand has enjoyed sustained growth whilst pushing the boundaries of the industry. As a result, they’re currently looking for an experienced Distribution and Logistics specialist to join their team right here in the inner southern suburbs of Melbourne.
**Your new role**
Your day to days with this business will include:
- Liaise regularly with the 3PL to ensure smooth operations for both inbound and outbound nationally
- Assisting with returns for wholesale and e-commerce platforms
- Order fulfilment management (e-commerce) for all wholesale partners
- Collaborate regularly with logistics partners for fleet management and delivery tracking
- Management of the entire inventory and warehouse compliance, ensuring regular and accurate cycle counts
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Run regular reports for 3PL operations (inbound, outbound, returns and inventory management)
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Strong excel skills
- Proven track record in regular 3PL liaison
- A focus on continuous improvement for the wider business
- Experience in distribution and logistics within the FMCG space
- Exposure and good understanding of LEAN Management
- Experience in leading warehousing processes and procedures
