**_Service Administrations Support Officer_**
**_Blackburn North, Victoria_**
Our client provide a diverse range of electrical services as well as management of other facility related maintenance.
Operating since 1989, they currently employ around fifty staff. They utilise the services of over a hundred trusted subcontractors, as well as maintaining a panel of specialist service suppliers and consultants servicing across Victoria including Melbourne Metro and provincial areas.
**_Duties May Include:_**
- Ensure effective and timely administration of the company's work flow and databases in relation to job management
- Typing of quotes when required
- Following up of required paperwork from technicians and subcontractors
- Checking all technicians have allocated their hours correctly to jobs and followed up if incomplete
- Proactive and effective customer communications at multiple levels of an organisation when dealing with all actions generated in the job management system
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and compliance with the company's internal processes
- Assigning jobs to country subcontractors, following up on documentations and invoicing
**_Skills and Experience Required:_**
- _Minimum _3 years experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
- Invoice and job costing experience an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Knowledge of Simpro job tracking software or similar preferred
- Attention to detail, accuracy and highly organised
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
**Salary**
