Property Sales and Leasing Team is currently seeking a Property Administrator to join their team in Redfern on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Residential Manager Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible to provide full range of residential leasing and administration tasks including processing and preparing of residential lease documentation (in line with relevant Residential Tenancy Acts), raising and payment of invoices including recurring billings, rates exemptions requests and management of the Property Database and National Property Document Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the Residential Sales and Leasing team.
- Ensure sound document control and record management of leased residential properties, ensuring relevant databases are accurate and up to date
- Act as first point of reference to residential leased property related enquiries.
- Track, monitor and report on all residential leasing transaction status to the Residential Sales and Leasing Manager on a weekly basis with particular emphasis on matters of an urgent nature.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders to ensure their customer requirements and TSA reputation is upheld.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal person will have 6-12 months administration experience in Property / Real Estate sector. You are a people person with high engagement levels and excellent stakeholder relationship building capacity to work and liaise across all levels both internally, externally and with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Capabilities:

- Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent problem-solving ability to make appropriate recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
