**Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for an **Administration Team Assistant at Blackburn Victoria** to start Immediately.**:
**Working hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Maintain Director’s diaries, make appointments and general admin support as necessary;**:

- **Liaise with clients on behalf of the Directors;**:

- **Assist with completing compliance documents as requested;**:

- **Lodgment of Income Tax Returns, BAS’s and other necessary returns prepared for clients;**:

- **New Company, Trust & SMSF establishments;**:

- **ABN, TFN, GST Registrations & PAYG registrations via the ATO & ABR;**:

- **Business name registrations & Business name renewals via the ASIC connect & business portal;**:

- **Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients as required;**:

- **Bookkeeping tasks, such as payroll, preparing and lodging BAS & IAS for clients reporting figures to the ATO including Superannuation.**:

- **Complete management of Company Secretarial matters (ASIC) using CAS360;**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet often tight timelines;**:

- **Ability and willingness to take responsibility, initiative and accountability for successfully completing set tasks;**:

- **Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels in a professional, positive, respectful manner;**:

- **Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills;**:

- **Outstanding written and verbal communications skills;**:

- **High level of trustworthiness and integrity;**:

- **Strong attention to detail;**:

- **Ability to work autonomously and manage your workflows in a timely manner.**:
**Desirable but not essential**:

- **You must be able to demonstrate previous experience as an Administrator in a professional Accounting Practice or similar;**:

- **You must have demonstrated experience using accounting software (Xero and CAS360);**:

- **You must have proven experience using the ATO Tax Agent Portal;**:
