The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects.

This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.

**About the Position**

To provide administrative support within the Waste and Fleet Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient administrative support service to the Waste & Fleet Business Unit (including the Recycling Centre Balcatta), including attendance at meetings, minute taking, word processing, database development and maintenance correspondence, report writing, PowerPoint preparation and administrative duties as directed.
- Effective management of all incoming correspondence, electronic mail and telephone calls, bringing urgent enquiries and issues to the Service Lead Waste Operation’s attention and/or independently initiating follow up action as required, referring matters to officers as appropriate.
- Management of record-keeping including CI Anywhere tasks in preparation of the data review of the current bin services, responding and/or referring to appropriate officers for action and registration of outgoing correspondence in accordance with the State Records Act and corporate requirements.
