**Our Community Safety Team** provide a highly visible and responsive Community Safety service in partnership with the Community to contribute to a safe and secure lifestyle and sustainable city.

This newly created position undertakes the development and delivery of the Community Safety analytics capability to support operational activities and strategies.

To be considered for this role, you’ll possess the following experience, skills and/or qualifications:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics or relevant demonstrated experience
- Considerable experience in sourcing, analysing and interpreting data.
- Ability to turn data into actionable information including identifying trends to support informed projections.
- Planning, prioritising, and working in a high tempo team to achieve operational outcomes and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills and the ability to communicate with a varied range of stakeholders, in a busy multi-disciplined environment.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 6 Inside Workforce Agreement and attracts a competitive salary commencing at $79,093.07 - $83,255.78 per annum plus superannuation.
