The Planning and Development Directorate is responsible for the sustainable and responsible development of the City’s neighbourhoods - both residential and commercial.

This high performing team deals with a wide range of interesting planning matters to help shape the future of the City for over 220,000 residents and visitors.

**About the Position**

The position is also responsible for the provision of written and verbal response to customer enquires in a helpdesk and front counter environment and to carry out administrative tasks associated with the functions of the Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties of the Client Liaison Officer will include but are not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the Building Approvals assessment process.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve common goals.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a helpful, efficient, confidential, professional and courteous manner.

**About You**
- Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration / Business Studies or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in the delivery of excellent customer service
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

This temporary full-time position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement positions which attract a salary from $68,114 - $71,700 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.

**To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a**:

- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
