Our Verge Control & Swimming Pool team forms part of the wider Development Service Business Unit and is responsible for the accurate, lawful and accountable resolution of verge control and swimming pool related matters.

**About the Position**

This position is a full-time, maximum-term contact until 31 July 2024.

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties of the Administration Officer will include but are not limited to:

- To respond to customer enquiries, via the phone and direct contact, on all matters relevant to the Business Unit.
- To maintain appropriate corporate records of the unit through relevant corporate processes and systems.
- To provide general administrative support to the business unit, including clerical work, copying and scanning, word processing and data input.

- Experience in Administration and/or Customer Service
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm and result-driven attitude

This temporary full-time position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement positions which attract a salary from $68,114.24 - $71,700.12 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.

- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
