The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Marketing and Administrative Officer to join the Membership, Events and Publications Department.

This position supports the Psychiatry Interest Forum (PIF) through the development of new marketing information and program administrative coordination for the delivery of projects within the PIF program. **What does PIF do? **PIF is a fantastic government funded program that promotes psychiatry to medical students and encourages them to choose a career in psychiatry.

**This role has a specific focus to**:

- Update the PIF Project Work Plan.
- Participate in and contribute to all PIF virtual, external and interstate events to promote and increase knowledge about the program.
- Develop marketing and communication content in conjunction with relevant staff, for a wide variety of channels.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of all PIF materials intended for branches, universities and regional training hubs, as well as for external meetings, mail-outs, workshops, conferences and events.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake occasional evening and weekend work and interstate travel.
- Familiarity with health, medical professionals, tertiary education or medical education is desirable.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in preferably in a university, health, or membership-based organisation.
- Experience with content development, editing, digital media and marketing.
