**A little about the role...**
- Define the CRM Strategy with the Head of Online & Digital
- Develop and execute the customer lifecycle marketing and triggered communication strategies to drive CLTV, engagement and retention.
- Manage pre and post sales flows to optimise all opportunities
- Work closely with the Ecommerce manager and digital marketing manager to drive acquisition strategies.
- Champion a data-driven approach throughout the business to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Ongoing management of the CDP to pull segments and insights in order to optimise owned channels.
- Ongoing development of digital products to ensure best in practice features, functionality, including supporting the onboarding of CDP solution.
- Provide an extensive sales and tracking KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Always translate and emulate the brand philosophy and culture.
- Work within and contribute towards an open sharing of ideas within the team and wider business.
**A little about you...**
- 3-5 years of experience as a CRM manager
- Evidence of having delivered strong CRM strategies for another omni-channel retailer, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle sector
- Advanced excel skills and experience working across different platforms like Klaviyo
- Experience with CDPs
- Ability to manage third parties and agency relationships
- Ability to manage system implementation and maintenance
- Ability to manage internal processes and main stakeholders where appropriate
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
