Job Title: CRM Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Officer to support our growth agenda through expert management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Salesforce. This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining streamlined processes to ensure optimal use of Salesforce across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimise CRM environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Data Management: Experience with data management practices, including data imports, exports, deduplication and data integrity.
  • User Support and Training: Provide user support and training, communicating technical information to non-technical users effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • System Integration: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, using tools such as APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
