Our client is a family owned business with a strong heritage spanning over 60 years. Specialising in providing consumers with delicious, high quality food products throughout the grocery channel, they have continued to hold their strong market share due to investment in their infrastructure and state of the art facilities. They continuously invest in their employees which has contributed to their tenure, and as a result, they are now looking to grow their team.

**About the role**

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the independents channel including national Metcash and MSO groups, as well as Costco, where you will be tasked with delivering against sales objectives of the business. This will include the development of tailored and robust JBP’s, promotional and pricing initiatives, driving new product development as well as collaborating with the wider supply & demand team seasonal projects.

**Skills & experience**

Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account Management experience ideally from within the independents channel, however we are also open to account experience from within P&C, Aldi and / or Costco. Your attention to detail will be exceptional and your ability to prioritise and managing multiple stakeholders will be a key strength, as well as a genuine passion for food and people. This role is perfect for an aspiring sales manager who is looking to lead a team long term.
