We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented EA where you will provide the Executive Chairman with exceptional support in admin, planning & analysis and reporting, so they can successfully focus on strategic objectives. You will also help drive operational efficiencies and role model the leadership behaviors that create a high performing, engaged culture.

If you are looking for a traditional EA role, then you are best to keep walking. Although you will perform duties typically involved in an EA role such as board minutes, diary management and the like, this role is so much more.

This is a diverse role where you are thinking through his eyes, planning ahead, being a sounding board/providing advice on how to best deal with situations around the office, getting involved in projects and helping to ensure their success. You will need to be on the ball and always one step ahead, building strong relationships with the Executive team, staff and external stakeholders.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide confidential support to the Executive Chairman
- Build your knowledge of the 3 companies and industry in general to best support your Executive Chairman and enable out of the box thinking
- Coordinate, plan and support the daily operation of the Executive Chairman including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing invitations and correspondence on his behalf
- Liaise with the CEO to assist in preparation of the Board Pack
- Provide ad hoc support to the CEO on operational matters
- Generate and issue Board Minutes and Actions for Board meetings
- Complete projects - establish objectives determine priorities, gain cooperation of others, problem solve and make adjustments to plans
- Attend meetings and take minutes of meetings/action items and initiate and complete implementation of actions
- Review documentation on behalf of the Executive Chairman and provide feedback
- Support the Executive Chairman when required to develop and manage client/external relationships
- Generate reports and analyse data
- Assist in scheduling and preparation of speaking engagements
- Expense reimbursement
- Submit weekly timesheet and approve relevant timesheets of team members
- Work closely with the marketing team and keep on top of relevant industry events
- Documentation using advanced MsOffice
- Basic reconciliation in Xero
- Ad hoc duties
- Proven EA with a fantastic memory
- Strong problem solving ability
- Professionalism and highly confidential
- Adaptable and able to think outside the box
- Extremely efficient
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport at all levels within a business
- Exceptional written skills + attention to detail
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Solid skills in MSOffice - Word, Excel (pivot tables, v look ups) & PowerPoint and Outlook (advanced) + SharePoint
- Strong business acumen - degree qualifications advantageous but not essential
