**EA Business Banking**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Managing a complex calendar/diary, ensuring that day-to-day priorities and changes are met and managed effectively
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination for the EGM of Business Banking by:

- Organising and prioritising internal and external appointments
- Co-ordinate all meeting agendas, papers, minutes & actions to a high quality and distributed in accordance with procedure and deadlines
- Ensure effective and efficient diary management (identify, prioritise, and manage conflicts and communicate changes accordingly)
- Effective management of meetings and all associated activity (venue, travel, facilities, attendees etc.)
- Ensure the EGM of Business Banking is effectively briefed and prepared for meetings by (i) ensuring all relevant material are provided in advance of scheduled meetings and (ii) prepare briefing notes on meeting participants, locations of meetings etc
- Collaborate with the broader Executive and Management Assistant community to best support executives and their teams
- In collaboration with Management Assistants across Business Banking, support planning and organisation of events
- Manage the preparation and delivery within agreed timeframes of all regular and ad hoc reports, minutes etc. as required by the EGM of Business Banking
- Prudent, effective, and timely management of monthly expense statements, purchase orders and invoice processing, including expense vouchers and staff reimbursements
- Adhoc support for the broader Business Banking Leadership team

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous EA experience supporting a senior executive within a complex corporate and deadline-driven environment is essential (minimum five years)
- Tech savvy and advanced knowledge of the relevant Suncorp Group systems
- Exceptional planning, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- A strong commitment to customer and focus on continuous improvement in everything you do
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, independent person who displays initiative and remains calm under pressure
- Ability to seek out information, break down problems and situations, providing options and alternatives, and follow through
