We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving growth across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement programs to retain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, aligning with business needs.
- Client Engagement: Identify client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, field teams) and industry stakeholders (e.g., financial planning, asset management) to manage and grow key accounts.
- Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of Key Account & Client Management policies and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients and key business stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Key Skills: Strong account management and influence skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in managing complex client-related issues.
