**What will you be doing?**
- Analyse, interpret, and report on operational rostering for accurate payroll outcomes.
- Provide insights for optimal resource allocation and customer experience.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with operational leaders and support teams.
- Ensure accurate entry of rostering and payroll data into relevant systems.
- Create streamlined processes through Line of Business Charters/SOPs.
- Create, automate, and refine rostering models to optimize staff hour reporting.
- Perform risk controls related to rostering and payroll, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Participate in auditing processes for rostering or payroll data as needed.
- Explore and deliver continuous improvements in rostering processes.
- Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support as required.
