As JRM's bookings grow, we are looking for additional Rostering Coordinators to join the team.
**About The Role**:
You will be joining the growing Temp Division, where you will be allocating casual shifts for staff across a large pool of premium clients. Duties will include:

- Using our powerful booking system to manage shifts
- Ensuring shifts are filled with staff best suited to each role
- Resolving booking conflicts and feedback from staff and clients
- Reporting to the JRM Management Team
- Working in JRM's Head Office
- Monday-Friday 08:30am-05.30pm

As part of the Temp Team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and staff looking to book shifts.
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
You will be trained how to use our booking system and in our processes, but the following skills or experience will help you in this role:

- Knowledge and passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Rostering and management of casual staff
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures such as Industry Awards
- High level of communication skills and customer service

This is a specialised role, so we are happy to train the right person on the skills.
