Workforce Rostering Coordinator

**Your new company**

Your new company is a reputable and well known not-for-profit looking for a Workforce Rostering Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with heightened workload.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Assist in the creation, editing and maintenance of rosters
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to rectify gaps and achieve improvements in workforce related matters
- Ensure that business units that operate within a predetermined workforce benchmarking
- Manage and maintain rostering systems to improve customer service and deliver best practice services
- Contribute to the development of processes to effectively manage workforce
- Provide orientation to new staff on best practice rostering processes

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Have previous rostering experience
- Demonstrating in depth knowledge of rostering processes and best practice
- Capacity to work on a range of tasks in a dynamic, changeable environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
