**Responsibilities include**:

- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Excellence in customer service orientation
- Someone who thrives in a buzzing, challenging and outcome

focussed environment
- Someone who can work independently but also thrives in a team

based environment
- Someone with the ability to handle all administrative aspects of the

role, including, generating leasing documentation, vacating

documentation, condition reports etc.
- Someone who is committed to solving the more complex aspects of

the role with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone with a motor vehicle and open license
- Someone with a Real Estate Certificate
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work pro-actively and independently
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic, confidence and a positive can-do attitude
- Previous Real Estate Sales experience essential
- Must have current agent rep or full license.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.
