**The Role**
We are seeking a full-time Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to bring to life a range of learning programs and people initiatives that will help our people, and our organisation, to grow.

The role offers exciting variety, and will include:

- Facilitation and delivery of in-house learning and development programs, such as corporate induction, leadership and whole-of-workforce development, and various performance development in-house training.
- Leading, and supporting (and, in some cases, creating) the development and implementation of people-related projects and initiatives.
- Partnering with our internal customers and stakeholders to build/shape cultural shift and increase capability, whilst providing change management support and advice for designated organisational projects.

The role sits within a fun and supportive team who are committed to delivering on the organisation’s Learning & Development calendar, Workforce Plan initiatives and the Gender Equality Action Plan.

**About you**
You are a tertiary qualified Human Resource or Organisational Development “all-rounder” with a track record of successfully developing and implementing people-related initiatives and facilitating impactful training and information sessions.

You are approachable and quickly build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders, establishing strong and collaborative working relationships.

You are looking for a dynamic team environment that values your skills, experience and proven impact in the areas of culture, employee engagement, change management, talent management and workforce planning.
