**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for developing strategies and policies and is directly involved in the planning and development of sporting reserves, libraries, community centres, halls and kindergartens (including initial design stages).

This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple community infrastructure portfolios and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Council’s facilities are planned to meet community needs.

**About you**
You are passionate about how community, early years and sport and recreation infrastructure can contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of our community.

You have worked on either community, early years and/or sporting infrastructure projects and have:

- A qualification in community development, sport and leisure, strategic and/or social planning or relevant discipline.
- A high attention to detail and can prepare concise and clearly written documents.
- Well developed communication skills that help you explain complex matters to a diverse range of audiences.
