Dealer Training Manager

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and guide a collaborative team of training professionals in the planning, coordination and facilitation of dealership development and training activities
- Keep up to date with training opportunities for dealership personnel
- Arrange training as needed, whist utilising current PACCAR materials where available
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific training needs and coordinate training initiatives accordingly
- Manage the content design and implementation of all in-dealership training
- Ensure training programs and materials are regularly updated to reflect product changes and continuous improvement
- Expand dealership utilisation of electronic learning platforms such as webinar, eLearning, and blog
- Responsible for monthly user participation reporting to ensure that dealerships are meeting pre-determined targets
- Partake in various special projects that relate to improvements of dealership success and personal development when required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passionate about training and developing people
- Sound experience in the training or automotive industry
- University qualified, or automotive trade
- An advanced understanding of mechanical and technical aptitude
- Strong familiarity of automotive dealerships
- Advanced knowledge of the training process and environment and a strong eye for detail
- Demonstratable leadership experience, displaying success with achievements that mirror learning and development functions
- Proven history with design, development, and delivery of training systems, including eLearning
- Motivation to expand skills and knowledge to allow development and delivery of training materials and programs in a scope of areas
